The labor class society is still unaware of the benefit of education. In India, these people never pay any attention to send their children to school for education. The harmful dust particles in the brick field hampers allot to children, especially causing asthma or chest troubles. But it is seen that the laborers bring their kids to the work site.

I actually talked to a lot of these labor class people during my stay in Assam, and it is really quite a frustrating situation. Many of them have completed college education, but still cannot even find a job at a pizza hut, or a phone booth. Until the people can see tangible rewards for their education, i am afraid it is going to further discourage education. It is quite a complex problem
