Xintiandi
Continuously being developed as more and more people discover the warmth of the area, there is always a room for a new shop willing to celebrate art and design in Xintiandi. |

It's like being transported into a whole new different world away from the bustling oriental yet cosmopolitan Shanghai when you step within Xintiandi compound. I can compare it to Greenbelt and Serendra / Bonifacio High Street in Metro Manila in the way that foreigners and locals alike enjoy a multi-cultural diversity in sharing one nice vicinity. Of course Xintiandi stands out with its feel of nostalgia and history kept in the architecture of its buildings. If walls could speak they would have told thousands of stories of how during the day restaurants would fill patrons with sumptuous international cuisine and how bars with Filipino bands would enliven souls of the many during the night.
