(Near the Bistro Complex)
New Delhi India 110016

Price:

Description:

Kumgang marks the entry of Korean cuisine in the New Delhi restaurant market. The chef, consequently, attends every table personally, to find out just how adventurous they are. Korean food, with all its fermented ingredients, is an acquired taste and people with conservative tastebuds should be very cautious with their order. You can be assured of quality, though, because Kumgang imports most things from Korea. Some of the 'safe' items here would be the Kamasot Yongynpat (rice cooked in a pot with bite-sized chicken and vegetables) and the Chapchae (potato noodles and vegetable broth). Deep-fried Tempuras and also available, as are Japanese Miso soup and sushi. The accent is on sea food.

Cuisine: Korean
Average meal for two: US$ 16
