Tycoons needs no introduction to the people of Bangalore. The outlet routinely wins 'Restaurant of the Year', 'Most Hygienic Restaurant of the Year' awards every year, and the menu (which is hardly ever updated) is still as wholesome as ever. Traditional Continental fare - which has all but disappeared from the Continent - is alive and doing fine at this restaurant.
A la Kievs, Au Gratins, Stroganoffs, Marylands, Newburgs and Milanaise are
still being turned out by old-style chefs, who have learnt the preparations from their fathers. A sizeable kebab section and another for north Indian food is also available.
