Not to be confused with the Bai Long bird and flower market in the SE corner of town, this market is far more tourist friendly, and probably stocks more of the things most visitors might consider buying. In addition to flora and fauna, this market street is an excellent place to shop for clothing, objects d'art, swords, wind chimes, and various other cool stuff.
A specialty of this market is tribal art, such as Naxi and Bai minority wall hangings, etc.
