*Coi Bien mai: It is the two pieces of muscle that connect the two shells of the Bien Mai surf clam. Coi Bien Mai can be processed via various ways, each of which brings about distinctive delicious flavor. The grilled may be considered the most delicious since it can maintain the original flavor of Coi Bien Mai.

*G?i Cá Trích: This dish can be found in almost any local restaurant with reasonable price. The fresh herring fishes are processed by fishermen and decorated with strange kinds of vegetables with different flavors. The sauce is prepared with good quality Phu Quoc fish sauce.
