Tucked away in the heart of Petaling Jaya is Restoran Kampung Baiduri. Although there are various places that serve wonderful Indian Muslim food, yet this has got to be the tops when it comes to value-for-money. If you do not mind lots of Indian spices and condiments in your food, then here are several recommended dishes.

A must-try includes their mutton curry, fried chicken, and fish head curry, which incidentally is the restaurant's specialty. A meal for two persons consisting of two large pieces of chicken (fried and masak kicap - chicken in black sweet sauce), a bowl of mutton curry, a plate of fried gizzard, a plate of the vegetable-of-the-day, a plate of papadam, two plates of rice and two cups of iced lemon tea brings the bill to an amazingly low RM14.40. You can also get yourself a cup of rasam (sourish South Indian soup with spices and tamarind) on the house.

If you were to order your meal individually, the price is even more attractive. Price aside, the food is absolutely delicious and I would vouch for it as one of the better Indian Muslim cuisine in town! Do check it out.
