UI Coffee Shop is the place for a quick and cheap meal. Famous for their Tom Yam Fried Rice, which is only a few ringgit for the regular size, you may also add a fried egg to your rice and pay a few cents extra for it. Besides the Tom Yam Fried Rice, they also have yee mee, normal fried rice, Hokkien fried mee, meehoon, and Hokkien-styled fried yee mee. There is also salted fish fried rice that is reasonably priced. To add a sausage to your meal, just add RM1.

For a late brunch, the proprietors serve breakfast sets. There are also sandwiches such as tuna and egg. Burgers and sausages are also part of their menu. Best of all, they are all really cheap. This is probably due to the restaurant's location which is near several colleges. For drinks, you can choose from a variety of fruit juices and soft drinks. Service is good and fast, and there is nothing better than their infamous Tom Yam Fried Rice topped with a fried egg and a dash of sambal belacan.
