Recipe: Chicken with Ginseng
Serves from 4 to 6
A very tasty and healthy dish.
2 lbs. chicken cut into medium pieces
4 Tbs. chopped ginseng root
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 cups water
Place all ingredients in a pot and bring to boil. Cover and turn heat to low. Simmer from 3 to 4 hours or until the chicken fragments. Serve hot.
