Recipe: Ginger Sauce
Served with mutton soup and all types of Jiaozis.
3 tablespoons grated ginger
8 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons sesame oil
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
2 tablespoons water
1/2 cup very finely chopped green onions
Combine all ingredients, then serve. Add 1 teaspoon of sauce to each bowl of mutton soup or serve with dumplings.
