Recipe: Yogurt Drink - Ayran
Makes about 8 drinks
4 cups yogurt
2 cups water
1 cup 10% cream
1 teaspoon salt
crushed ice
mint leaves, finely chopped
Place all ingredients, except crushed ice and mint leaves, in a blender and blend for a minute. Serve with crushed ice and garnished with mint leaves or refrigerate for later use.
