Recipe: Fish and Scallops

Serves 6 to 8

2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon ginger sauce
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1 pound any solid type fish fillet, cut into 2 inch squares
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 pound fresh scallop, dipped in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drained

Combine soy sauce, ginger sauce and onions, then coat fish squares with mixture and place in a bowl and allow to stand for 20 minutes, turning over once or twice.

Heat oil in a frying pan, then sauté fish over medium/high for 4 minutes, turning them over once. Add the scallops, then gently stir fry for 2 minutes and serve.
