Recipe: Hot Peanut Sauce

Hot peanut sauce is served with a great variety of dishes, including most grilled meats

4 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
3 tablespoons lime juice
3 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons finely chopped fresh coriander
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 cup water

In a saucepan, warm peanut butter over low heat, then stir in remaining ingredients, adding more water if a thinner sauce is desired. Stir-fry for a few minutes, then serve with all types of meats and vegetables.
