Recipe: Malaysian Tea
Serves 8
8 cups boiling water
4 bags green tea or 8 tsp. loose green tea leaves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cardamom
2 Tbs. sugar
Place all the ingredients in a teapot and allow to steep for 2 minutes or to taste. Serve alone or with flaked almonds.
