Recipe: Ginseng Tea
Besides being tasty, this tea is reputed to stimulate the cardiovascular system, raise hormonal levels in the blood, aid digestion and alleviate dysentery.
4 tsp. ground ginseng root
4 cups boiling water
2 Tbs. honey
1 tsp. pine nuts
Place ginseng in boiling water, then stir in honey. Pour in 4 serving cups. Garnish with e nuts and serve hot.
